This pie isn’t nearly as cloyingly sweet as the traditional one made with corn syrup but it still has the great texture and flavor of the corny one. Let’s get to pie making huh?

1 Stick Frozen Butter 1/2 Cup Potato Starch 1 Cup White Rice Flour 1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour 2 Tsp. Guar Gum 1 Tsp. Non-Iodized Salt 2 Tbls. Sugar 1 Tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
