Nut Free SunButter Cutout Cookies

Perfect for holiday baking, yet free of many allergens.

  • Ingredients:

    1/3 c. coconut oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. SunButter
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. coconut flour (plus more for rolling out)

    2/3 c. coconut oil
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    Sprinkles and other decor if desired

  • Instructions:

    Combine oil, honey and SunButter in mixer bowl.

    Add eggs, one at a time, blending after each one. Add vanilla and blend. Add coconut flour, 1/4 c. at a time and mix after each addition.

    Form into ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

    Roll out onto prepared flour surface, cut into shapes, place on baking sheets and bake 6 – 10 minutes at 375F (time depends on the size of your cookies).

    Cool a few minutes, then move to tinfoil. When cooled, decorate with icing and decor.
