Fabulous Flourless Chocolate Mini Cakes with a Chocolate Glaze

Whoever you're celebrating with, these Flourless Chocolate Mini Cakes with a Chocolate Glaze will make any chocolate lover swoon.

  • Ingredients:
    1 and 1/2 sticks butter
    1 and 1/2 cups gluten free semisweet chocolate morsels
    1 and 1/2 cups sugar
    4 eggs
    3/4 cup cocoa powder, and some excess to dust the pan with
    1/4 tablespoon vanilla
    Either 1 tsp of honey OR an extra 1/4 cup of sugar 
    Vegetable oil to lightly grease the pan
