Ingredients:1 c Raw Cacao 1 c Raw Soaked Almonds 2 c Raw Soaked Cashews 3 c Medjool Dates 1/4 tsp celtic sea salt 1/2 c Unsweetened Finely Shredded Coconut
Instructions:Place 1 cup Almonds into your vitamix or super, powerful blender and blend until finely ground.
Add your Cashews, one cup at a time and grind down as well.
Add your dates, 1/2 cup at a time and continue to blend/grind until the mixture appears like cake crumbs, but will easily stick together when pressed in your hand.
Next add your raw cacao and celtic sea salt and blend until thoroughly mixed.
Using a melon baller, scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into your hands (being certain to squeeze tightly, so as not to fall or crack apart). Once they are in a tight ball, you can roll the truffle balls into a bowl of unsweetened finely shredded coconut.
Ta-da! They are now ready to eat!
