Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bites Making it Milk Free
These delicious 5-ingredient, no-bake bites taste just like cookie dough. What a fun, new way to enjoy a classic favorite treat!

  • Ingredients:
    3/4 cup certified gluten-free quick oats
    3/4 cup soy milk powder (I buy a big bag of this at my natural food store and store in the freezer)
    1/2 cup almond butter
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
  • Instructions:
    Line a plate or small baking sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper.

    In a medium bowl, combine the oats, soy milk powder, almond butter and honey. Fold in chocolate chips. The mixture will seem pretty dry, but once you get to the next steps, it will come together nicely

    Roll dough into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place on waxed paper. Refrigerate until set. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
