Ingredients:3 ripe organic bananas, mashed 2 cups of gluten free oats 1/4 cup organic peanut butter (almond butter would also work) 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1/2 cup organic applesauce 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Mashed bananas and then add the rest of the ingredients, mix together and then let sit for 20 minutes. Drop by the teaspoon onto cookie sheets and bake 10-12 minutes.
