  • Ingredients:

    3 tablespoons butter
    1 package (about 40)
    JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
    OR
1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème
    1/2 - 2/3 c. peanut butter, creamy or crunchy
    6 cups
     Rice Krispies cereal
1/3 c. Enjoy Life chocolate chunks

  • Instructions: 1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine butter, peanut butter & marshmallow creme. Warm mixture in microwave until the butter and marshmallows are melted (I use 30 second intervals).

    2. After the mixture is melted, pour the mixture into a medium sized mixing bowl. Stir. Add in the cereal. Mix well.

    3. Evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray or butter.

    4. Chop up the Enjoy Life chocolate chip chunks into small to fine pieces, using a chopper, biscuit cutter, etc. Add the chocolate to the top of the crispies. Allow the crispies to cool.

    5. Enjoy!
