Hey Vegaholics! One of the most frequently asked questions I get or that vegans/vegetarians get in general is “how do you get enough protein?” I’m a Pesco-Ovo vegetarian (the only meat I eat is fish and I do eat eggs), but sometimes I get tired of eating the same thing over and over. You know? You feel me? Haha! For that reason, I did some research & wanted to put together a little high protein foods guide.
