Cauliflower Pizza with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

A pizza with pizzazz, and none of the allergen-full attitude

  • Ingredients: 1/2 small head Organic Cauliflower, grated
    1/4 c short grain rice, steamed (used Planet Rice Sprouted Brown )
    1 tsp Red Miso Paste
    1 egg white (optional) . . .

    1) Steam rice as package directs. (Add a little extra water, perhaps 1-2 tbs and cooking time for a softer grain and easier mixing)
