Micro Green Burger

This healthy burger is topped with delicious micro greens from the local farmer's market and served over a lettuce "bun". No need to worry about gluten here!

  • Ingredients: 1 lb ground bison, beef, venison, turkey or chicken

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp black pepper

    1/2 tsp chili powder

    1 cup micro greens (We used Arugula Cilantro)

    1 avocado, thinly sliced

    2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

    4 slices of goat cheese (dairy free alternative if necessary)

    4 large pieces of romaine lettuce (or bun)
  • Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, garlic powder, pepper and chili powder. Form into 4 burger patties. Grill or cook as desired until cooked through. Place burgers on a bed of lettuce, top with goat cheese, greens, avocado and tomato. Serve with some crispy roasted potatoes if desired.
