Total time (inc active/prep):15 minutes or less
Substitution ideas:If you're nut free, try substituting a handful of chia and hemp seeds sprinkled over the Daiya cheese to get a similar crunch and flavour as the Nuttzo nut'n'seed butter.
You may also want to ditch the jalapeno if serving to small mouths -- at least, if those mouths haven't grown up on chili peppers!
Serving suggestions:Serve with tortilla soup, or for a fun twist on a warm day, with a tall smoothie or a glass of almond milk. (Both the kid in me -- and my students and younger clients -- love these paired with a banana-chocolate shake, which is dairy-free, of course).
