  • Ingredients: 1 Cup Cooked Brown Lentils (1/2 cup dry)
    3 Cups Raw Riced Cauliflower
    1 Cup Chopped Sweet Onion
    2 Cups Chopped Bell Pepper
    2 TB Nutritional Yeast
    1 Tsp Minced Garlic
    1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
    ½ Tsp Smoked Paprika
    ½ Tsp Cumin
    ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
    ¼ Tsp Chipotle Powder

    Ketchup Glaze:
    ⅓ Cup Unsweetened Homemade Ketchup
    1 Tsp Liquid Smoke (I used hickory flavor)
