  • Ingredients: 1 LB Skinless Chicken Tenders

    Black Bean Sauce:
    1 15oz Can No-Salt Added Black Beans
    2 TB Coconut Aminos
    1 TB Rice Vinegar
    1 Tsp Minced Garlic
    ½ Tsp Onion Powder
    ¼ Tsp Ground Ginger
    ¼ Tsp Black Pepper

    Vegetables:
    1½ Cups Chopped Broccoli
    ½ Cup Chopped Green Bell Pepper
    ½ Cup Sliced White Mushrooms
    ½ Cup Sliced Water Chestnuts
