  • Ingredients: 4 Cups of Chickpeas (about 2 15oz cans)
    2 Cups Chopped Broccoli (steamed)
    1 Tsp Dijon Mustard
    ½ Tsp Onion Powder
    ½ Tsp Garlic Powder
    ½ Tsp Paprika
    ¼ Tsp Black Pepper
    1½ Cups Chickpea "Panko" Crumbs*
