This turkey breast roast is the star of my French-inspired Thanksgiving feast. It's gluten-free and can easily be made top 8-free by swapping the butter for a "safe-for-you" cooking oil.  Cooking a breast roast is easier and faster than roasting the whole bird.  I seasoned this one with the bright and fresh flavors of Provence.

  • Ingredients: 1 all-natural, bone-in turkey breast roast (gluten-free)
    4 TBSP melted butter
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 TBSP herbes de Provence
    1 tsp lemon zest
    1 tsp orange zest
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 cup white wine (Chardonnay or Bourgogne Blanc)
    1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Serves: 4 - 6
