  • Ingredients: 4 Large Skinless Chicken Breasts

    Peri-Peri Sauce:
    2 Large Lemons (Juice & Zest)
    ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
    3 TB Paprika
    2 TB Chopped Cilantro
    1 TB Smoked Paprika
    1 Whole Shallot (minced)
    1 Tsp Minced Garlic
    1 Tsp Chili Paste
    1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    ½ Tsp Ginger Puree
    ½ Tsp Black Pepper
