Sweet Stir-fry Chicken and Veggies

This delicious stir-fry has just a hint of sweetness and a ton of flavor. Free of milk, gluten, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and wheat.

  • Ingredients:

    2 tsp sesame oil

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1/2 tsp ground ginger (or fresh grated)

    3-4 chicken breasts, cleaned and cut into strips (about 12 tenders)

    Salt to taste

    1 Tbsp Tamari (gluten-free soy sauce)

    1 1/2 tsp honey


    1 Tbsp evoo

    2 bell peppers, diced

    1- 4 oz. can water chestnuts, diced

    1 cup fresh broccoli, cut into think pieces

    1 Tbsp Tamari

  • Instructions:

    Heat sesame oil in pan. Add garlic and ginger. Lightly salt the chicken on both sides. Add to oil. Turn chicken when it begins to brown on one side. 

    After turning, add Tamari and honey. Continue cooking until browned and cooked through, moving the chicken around in the sauce. 

    Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli and saute for a few minutes. Add peppers and water chestnuts. Add Tamari. Sauté until veggies are tender.
