Spicy Beef Stir Fry Spicy Beef Stir Fry Celiac411
Perfect for busy weeknights!

  • Ingredients: 1.5 lbs of beef, bite sized (I used a chuck steak)
    1 bag of frozen broccoli
1 bag of frozen stir-fry veggies
    1 Tbsp. Sesame Seed Oil
1/2 bottle of La-Choy Stir-Fry sauce (make sure it says GF)
    1/4 c. San-J Szechuan sauce
    Cashews, for topping
  • Instructions: Brown your bite-sized beef in a skillet with the Sesame Seed Oil.

Once it’s browned to your liking, add in the frozen veggies. Cover your skillet for about 5 minutes to let the veggies steam & thaw; add your sauces to taste (remember the Szechuan sauce is spicy) and stir.

Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes on low. Top with cashews.

  • Serves: 4
