  • Ingredients: 4 Chicken Leg Quarters
    1/4 c. Earth Balance butter
    Sea Salt & Dill to taste
  • Instructions: 1. Rinse your chicken and then pay dry with a paper towel (yes, this is important).
    2. Melt 1/4 c Earth Balance butter & then pour over the chicken.
    3. Sprinkle with sea salt & dill.
    4. Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
