I just wanted to introduce you to this awesome new cookbook that I've had the opportunity to peruse and to this fabulous woman, Aslihan Koruyan Sabanci.
Just a little about Aslihan:
Born in Turkey, Sabanci is an award-winning author of Gluten Free Mediterranean, as well as 2009’s Invaluable Recommendations for a Healthy Immune System and 2012’s Healthy and Body; Natural Recipes and Recommendations. Sabanci has a Bachelors in Science from Texas A&M University and a joint Masters from Cornell University and Milan’s SDA Bocconi University. Sabanci won first place in Texas A&M’s International Food Festival in both 1996 and 2004. She currently works at Sedes Holding, where she started in 2002 as a founding shareholder and now serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. To top it all off, she’s a former Miss Turkey! This lady can seriously do it all (she’s making me a little jealous!)
She has written this fabulous, simple, gluten free mediterranean cookbook that we recently featured on The Adventures of Anti-Wheat Girl!
