Are you familiar with the Silpat??

Hi! My name is Cindy Bechtholdt and I am an Independent Consultant with Demarle at Home ... makers of the Silpat!  You've probably seen the Silpat and/or the Roul'Pat in stores but there are so many other pieces that are not sold in stores.  Did you know that all of Demarle at Home's cookware and bakeware is Kosher Certified?  This means that they do not cross contaminate from recipe to recipe which is a must have for everyone dealing with food allergies.  So instead of having special cookware/bakeware for the people in your home who have allergies, you can use this for both and not worry about any allergic reactions.  These products also do not need to be treated with any grease, flour or cooking spray when cooking or baking.  It is made out of food safe silicone and woven glass, which not only capitalizes on the nonstick characteristics of silicone, but also the heat conductivity of glass.  You're probably thinking, "Well, I've tried silicone bakeware before, but I hated it because you still had to grease it and it still stuck to the pan."  You probably tried a copy cat.  We have the patent.  Those other "copy cats" cannot claim that they are Kosher Certified.  I thought this information might be helpful to everyone on this site since we're all dealing with some kind of allergy or intolerance to food.  You can look through our catalog online at www.demarleathome.com/cindyb/.  If you'd like more information on these products, please feel free to contact me.  I'm also on Facebook at www.facebook.com/Everydayeasybakingandcooking.  The recipes and pictures you see on my FB page are not allergen free but you can come up with any recipe that fits your lifestyle and the flexipans work the same!  I hope this helps in some small way in making the challenges of cooking with allergies easier :-)
