This grilled side dish is perfect for those summer meals. It's very easy to make and goes with just about anything!

  • Ingredients:
    2-3 large pieces of bok choy, whole
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 Tbsp coconut aminos
    2 green onions, diced
  • Instructions:
    Drizzle bok choy with olive oil, salt, ginger and pepper. Toss until all sides are coated. Grill over medium heat for about 4 minutes on both sides or until just slightly crisp. Place on a serving dish and drizzle with coconut aminos and sprinkle with diced onions.
