Pear Pomegranate Salad Pear Pomegranate Salad LPHJ Kitchen
The holidays are always filled with candy, cookies and lots of treats. After the big day, I'm always needing a fresh, light meal to balance out nutrition. This salad is perfect for that. It's still festive for the holidays but so much better for you than candy canes!

    ½ cup balsamic vinegar
    ¼ cup white wine vinegar
    ¼ cup olive oil
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp sea salt
    ½ tsp thyme
