This recipe features just a few simple ingredients but tons of flavor! These green beans are great with a variety of main dishes!
1 lb green beans, trimmed 2 Tbsp coconut or olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 tsp raw honey 1 garlic cloves, minced 1/4 cup onion, diced 1/2 tsp sea salt
In a large skillet, heat coconut oil. Add in beans, garlic and onion. Sprinkle with salt. Cook for about 10 minutes or until beans are just slightly soft. In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic and honey. Pour over beans and let simmer for about 6-8 minutes until just slightly reduced.
