1 cup Organic truRoots Sprouted Mung Beans
3 cups water
2 tbsp olive oil
1 scallion, chopped (white and green parts)
Freshly-ground sea salt to taste
Bring water to boil in small pot.
Add beans and boil 5 minutes.
Drain, rinse in cold water and toss with olive oil. Mix in scallions and season with sea salt.
