These are fun and easy to make, and they are finger-licking good too! Beautiful enough for a fancy dinner party, and simple enough for a weeknight side-dish.

  • Ingredients:

2 pounds fresh green beans, washed, with ends trimmed

    2 pounds thick sliced bacon

    4 Tbsp butter

    1 Tbsp brown sugar

    2 cloves crushed garlic

  • Instructions:

Combine melted butter, brown sugar, garlic and set aside.

Pick up approximately 12 green beans per bundle, and wrap with a slice of bacon, in a spiral pattern, covering as much of the bundle as you can. Place in a shallow baking dish, seam side down. Repeat until all green beans and bacon are used.

    Brush bundles with butter mixture.

Bake in a preheated 350F oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until bacon is crisp and beans are tender.
