Ingredients: 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt 1 package frozen corn
Instructions: 1. Steam cauliflower until softened 2. Transfer cauliflower to a food processor or blender. Add the salt and olive oil. Puree until very creamy. 3. Heat frozen corn in microwave for five minutes until done. Stir as needed. 4. Pour cauliflower puree over corn and mix. 5. Serve hot.
