Ingredients: Salad: 1 large pear 1 handful of blueberries 2 leaves of kale ½ cup broccoli sprouts ½ cup daikon radish ½ avocado ¼ cup freshly chopped dill ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley Handful of hemp hearts
Dressing: 3 Tbsp olive oil 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 ½ Tbsp tahini 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast seasoning
Instructions: Remove the kale leaves from the center stalk and add them to the bowl. Chop all the veggies and add to the bowl. Sprinkle on the hemp hearts.
Stir all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl with a fork, mix until the tahini is in liquid form.
