Turkey Apple Salad Turkey Apple Salad Lazy Gluten Free
A delicious summer salad - great on its own or with your favorite gluten free bread!

  • Ingredients: 2 medium red apples, chopped into small chunks
    1/2 cup dried cranberries
    1 small sweet onion
    2 chicken (or turkey) breasts
    2/3 cup Miracle Whip
    salt and pepper, to taste
  • Instructions: 1) Cook or grill the chicken/turkey breasts. Once cooled, shred into pieces or cut into chunks.

    2) In a large bowl, combine prepared chicken with apples, cranberries, onion and Miracle Whip. Stir until well-coated (you can add more or less depending on your preferences). 

    3) Chill salad for 1-2 hours (if desired). Serve as a sandwich, a wrap, or over lettuce.
