This recipe is a personal favorite of Caroline MacDougall. She serves it at her annual Christmas party every year. It's quick and easy to make in large pyrex pans for big groups. Or make two layers with the cream cheese frosting in between. Guaranteed to be very popular with your guests. Serve it with either the Mocha glaze or the cream cheese frosting as you fancy!

If chocolate is your heart’s desire, these chocolate drenched cookies go straight to that place where love of chocolate resides. Make them with any of Teeccino’s chocolate flavors to add a highlight of coffee overtones that enrich the chocolate experience. Don’t forget to brew a pot of Teeccino Mocha, Chocolate, Chocolate Mint or Chocolate Raspberry to prime your chocolate taste buds! Created by Lys Gabriella Poet, celebrity Belgian chef, who loves to create Teeccino goodies.

Everyone loves a little chocolate treat now and then, but most of those treats don’t love us back in quite the same way. It doesn’t have to be that way though, if you use a neat little trick. Bliss balls are a great way to make healthier treats, which are basically a combination of dried fruits, nuts and some flavourings, that are processed into a dough and then rolled into little balls.
