It has taken us years to develop one of those oh-so-moist / can't-even-tell-it's-gluten-free cake batters, and here it is. Finally! This recipe is extremely versatile. You can add fresh or dried fruits, chia seeds, chocolate chunks, or whatever sounds good at the time. The secret is stirring the batter the absolute minimum number of times necessary to combine the ingredients.
