Declare Your Independence from Food Restrictions month may be over but the movement - and the fun - continues!

Independence from food restrictions is being free with friends.
Independence from your food restrictions is being free to celebrate summer with everyone else.
The campaign is over but the movement continues!

Last month, you joined us in declaring independence from food restrictions and showed us that your food restrictions matter too much to let them hold you back!

The good news is that while the campaign may be over, the movement continues! freedible is all about bringing people together to learn, share and thrive on our custom diets.  Check out some of the cool things you can do on freedible today, and a preview of some of what's coming up soon.

As we prepare to bid farewell to summer and say hello to the start of school, here are some of the special events coming up on freedible:
Put your summer adventure stories on freedible
What was YOUR summer adventure- & how did you rock it?
Summer is drawing to a close despite our best efforts but before we let it go, tell us what you did this summer, and how you rocked your food restrictions along the way!  Add your story or a link to your blog post today!
Join freedible as we go Back to School!
We'll be inviting the community to bring together recipes, blog posts and more to help custom eaters get their custom kids back on the right side of their food restriction ABCs!

Psst! Got gmail?

Gmail added a spiffy new interface for their email - & we got stuck in the 'promotions' tab! Next time you're reading your email online, please click on one of our messages & drag it back to your inbox -- they'll get the picture that custom eating is important stuff from then on. Thanks!
