I'm Amy, an allergic foodie. Even though I have multiple food allergies, celiac disease, and eosinophilic esophagitis, I live life to the fullest. Food challenges run in our family, too. My oldest son has a dairy allergy and my youngest, in college, has celiac disease. I am very active in the food allergy community and enjoy supporting others going through similar difficulties.
